        <h2>Description:</h2>
    
    <p>This update for suse-migration-services fixes the following issues:</p>
<ul>
<li>Version upgrade.</li>
<li>Add metadata and revhistory and article ID.</li>
<li>SLES12 SP4 no longer a supported migration starting point.</li>
<li>Switch default target and ISO backing distro SLE 15 SP3
  Update documentation to reflect new default target.
  Update image build config.kiwi to build the ISO image based upon
  SLE 15 SP3.
  Update unit tests to reflect new default target.</li>
<li>Remove custom legacy ruby based zypper-migration script
  The install of the legacy zypper-migration-plugin script was previously
  removed from the kiwi file.</li>
<li>Rename overlay zypper-migration plugin with -ruby suffix.</li>
<li>Fix update-bootloader to run after grub-setup (bsc#1222258).</li>
