    <p>This update for suse-migration-sle15-activation, SLES12-SP4-SLES15-Migration, suse-migration-services fixes the following issues:</p>

<li>SLES12 SP4 no longer a supported migration starting point</li>
<li>Switch default target and ISO backing distro SLE 15 SP3</li>
<li>Remove custom legacy ruby based zypper-migration script</li>
<li>Rename overlay zypper-migration plugin with -ruby suffix</li>
<li>Fix update-bootloader to run after grub-setup  (bsc#1222258)</li>
<li>Update the suse-migration-services dependencies from the legacy SUSEConnect to suseconnect-ng (bsc#1219004)</li>
<li>Address nose tests deprecation issues</li>
<li>Bind mount the configured certs location (bsc#1219004)</li>
<li>Remove target information that was confusing customers, clarify SP4 support timeline</li>
<li>Added mailmap</li>
<li>Update kiwi config files to match current build versions</li>
<li>Clarify supported versions of SLES</li>
<li>Added block marker to listings to increase readability</li>
<li>Fixing variablelists that caused validation errors</li>
