    <p>This update for openCryptoki fixes the following issues:</p>
<ul>
<li>Amended the .spec file for the configuration file (bsc#1236387).</li>
<li>Improved handling of user/group. use existing user/group if they
  exist. create user/group if not (bsc#1225876).</li>
