        <h2>Description:</h2>
    
    <p>This update for open-vm-tools fixes the following issues:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure vmtoolsd.service and vgauthd.service
  are set to enabled by default. Do this by removing vmblock-fuse.service
  from the %pre section in the spec file.  vmblock-fuse.service still
  remains in the %pre desktop section (bsc#1237180).</li>
<li>remove unused pcre build dependency</li>
<li>Revert previous change. The proposed solutions was non-standard.</li>
<li>Ensure vmtoolsd.service, vgauthd.service, and
  vmblock-fuse.service are set to enabled by default (bsc#1237180).</li>
