<li>Makefile: fix "No rule to make target &#x27;iscsiuio/Makefile.in" issue </li>
<li>Fix typo in initiator.c </li>
<li>Fixed some issues in this changes file</li>
<li>One date had incorrect format from 2014</li>
<li>Two separator lines were formatted incrrectly</li>
