<p>Update non-CUDA variant to 580.95.05.</p>
<p>Update to version 580.95.05 (bsc#1250536).</p>

<li>get rid of multiversion for the KMPs, since it only brought/brings
  us trouble and no benefit at all (jsc#PED-12049)</li>
