    <p>This update for suse-migration-services fixes the following issues:</p>
<p>Changes in suse-migration-services:</p>

<li>Update to version 2.1.38:<ul>
<li>Read the product to migrate to from the migration image</li>
<li>Replace f-strings, the SLE 12 build runs on Python 3.4</li>
</ul>

<li>Update to version 2.1.37:<ul>
<li>Fixed release package for SLES15-SAP_Migration:<ul>
<li>The product specific build installed sles-release instead of SLES_SAP-release</li>
</ul>

<li>Make sure primary_python is defined</li>
<li>Install python3-base in bootstrap for SLE15 greater than SP5</li>
<li>Add base python requires to spec</li>
<li>base python must be installed early in bootstrap</li>
<li>Make sure to request python3-base explicitly</li>
