## Description:

This update for certmonger fixes the following issues:

  * Add a SUSE specific patch which prevents the restart of the cert request for
    an external ca (bsc#1221406)
  * Remove obsolete build dependencies libfreebl3-hmac and libsoftokn3-hmac
