[Containers] Availability of SLES docker images

We would like to put the SLE images on the Docker Hub. We are not doing 
that right now because we don't want to break the chain of trust. We 
don't know how the Docker Hub manages the security of their systems plus 
we would depend on them for the updates. The update procedure consists 
of a PR against a github repo, so we would have to wait for the 
maintainers of this repo to merge our PR and we would have to trust them 
to not accept requests from random people claiming to be SUSE.

We are waiting for Docker to support signed images out of the box, right 
now this feature is still experimental.
