Customers (me for instance) are also saying they don't want the effort of applying SPs within 6 months of them coming out. SuSE could learn a lot from the Ubuntu model which lets you have the cool features options if you really must and the stability LTS releases that don't need to be touched for 5 years (except for patches of course.)
