[sles-beta] Next SLE 12 SP2 Release will be Beta 5 instead of RC1

Dear Beta participants,

You are all aware that according to the communicated schedule you would get
this week RC1 images.

Calling an image a "Release Candidate" requires the fulfillment of certain
criteria. This is the case on all but one platform.

After careful consideration of the existing bugs, the criteria and the time
left until FCS we came to the conclusion that we cannot justify an "RC" tag.

Therefore we have named this milestone "Beta 5", and will in consequence rename
the following milestones, too. So RC2 will be RC1, and RC3 will be RC2.

At this point in time, we do NOT plan to change the GMC nor the GM date. Also
the targeted FCS date is still the same.

Last but not least, we are at the final preparation stage for the release of 
Beta 5, we will send more information soon.
