Please be realistic: SLES12 is in development. VMware will not
adjust their products and tools before SLES12 is finalized or shortly
before.
For the plans of VMware in regards to SLES12, you need to ask VMware.
We cannot tell you anything about their schedule nor support plans
beside what we wrote here.
We don't own VMware.
