[sles-beta] lynx & perl-DBD-ODBC

My original email stated SLE 12, and I'd neglected to include SDK - my apologies for that confusion.
Given that the SDK isos are showing up within the SLES download areas, I wasn't being careful about clarity.

SR 10896179801 (lynx) and SR 10896179816 (perl-DBD-ODBC) submitted.
