[sles-beta] SLES12 beta8 x86_64 net.ifnames=0 inconstisten result on BL460c-Gen8

In my test builds I have gotten the older "ethX" type names again, it looks
like they have reverted the behaviour as if net.ifnames=0 is the default.
 This would match what the change you listed is indicating.
