[sles-beta] <rant> Service-manager configuration under autoyast is a mess

Ok team

Time for a rant about 'service-management'  in SLES12B8 (and all previous
betas).

First off, it's oddly duplicated in the 'yast autoyast' module (see
attached screenshot) which is confusing and could be a reason why it's not
working properly.

Secondly, all created autoyast file and even the automatically created
'autoinst.xml" file have both a "run-level" and and a "service-manager"
section, which contain exactly the same information e.g.


 <runlevel>
    <default_target>graphical</default_target>
    <services config:type="list"/>
  </runlevel>
  <services-manager>
    <default_target>graphical</default_target>
    <services config:type="list"/>
  </services-manager>

Lastly, the syntax/schema used does not even match that listed from the
"yast system manager" entry on the public git-hub site (
https://github.com/yast/yast-services-manager ) which is a real pity as
it's the only example I have found of how to disable a service (e.g. the
pesky "display-server.service" ) when you want to install all the
"graphical" files but only want to run "multi-user".

This whole mess is going to have to recieve a lot more work before this is
ready to be seen/used by the public.
