Hi,

Thank you for reporting this.
I believe this has been already fixed in 0.6.1 version of wicked, but
to be sure I would need to look into the logs of wickedd and
wickedd-nanny.

I think the logs attached to:
Bug 890643 - wicked doesn't wait long enough on large networks
(https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=890643)
already correspond to this issue, isn't it?
Otherwise could you please attach new logs as per instruction:

‒ set DEBUG=all in /etc/sysconfig/network/config
‒ systemctl restart wickedd
‒ wicked --debug all ifup all # systemctl restart wicked
‒ wicked ifstatus all > status.log
‒ wicked show-config > configs.log
‒ journalctl -b -o short-iso > wicked.log

P.S. If you are willing to re-test with wicked 0.6.1, I can provide you
