See, when we testing users  want do download, we need to log in and accept the license terms etc...
So maybe you should also use this manual way to check availability

As usual the files need some more time to populate the worldwide mirror
servers.

I use a ruby script (sorry, not packaged yet for SLE) to check
availability, and at least here "all is green" ;-)
