[sles-beta] SLES 11 SP4 Beta3 - s390x

Grand New Day,

The install onto a s390x went with no issues. I have done some basic applications runs and all went well. I'll run some builds later, again all non-Java stuff at the moment ( C, C++ and scripts). The install of SLE11-SP-4_Beta3  was on to a SLE11-SP-3 s390x

Testing x86_64 with VMware Workstations on many configurations with company applications, non-Java. Very pleased to report it's looking good. I have downloaded the s390x iso for it's first run tomorrow.

The "open-vm-tools" looks good, least it's not giving me any issues. The kernel is at -53 and Beta2 was -51 so I run:
/usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl after the update. I have been told for a minor kernel change -51 to -53 this is not requited, may I asked the good minds on this list their thoughts on this ?

Many thanks SUSE this on x86_64 and my applications it looks good. I'll be running the Java application next week, there always seem to be more and more in that blessed language J
