[caasp-beta] single master failure of etcd cluster is unavailable or misconfigured

Hello

We got this error in one our beta cluster (etcd cluster is unavailable or misconfigured ) and need somone who can explain from SUSE how to add secondary master since CAASP allows only one master.? Any clue or solution how to fix this error etcd cluster is unavailable or misconfigured.
