If this is the case, you could be more explicit when specifying the URL
of your CD/DVD and point libzypp to the specific device, as documented here:

https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Libzypp_URIs#CD.2FDVD

Alternatively, you can always put the contents of hte media on a local
HTTP server.


In any case, it could be interesting to see the logs to find out what
exactly happened during your installation...
