[sle-beta] cannot build SLES15 kiwi image in OBS

OK, removed the SLES12 repo you mentionend.
Most of the errors are gone now.

I am pretty sure that I needed a kiwi repo like
"Virtualization:Appliances/SLE_12_SP2" with an older kiwi/OBS version to
get the kiwi packages.
