Jump from GMC to GMC3

If you followed the public announcements, you might asked why are we
jumping from GMC to GMC3. Well it's simply because GMC2 was not made
public since we already knew that we had to produce another GMC to fix
last minute issues. Thus by the time we publish GMC2 and you start your
evaluation, we would have to announce GMC3.

So we decided to skip GMC2 for the public beta program and provide GMC3
directly.

Notables changes

We believe that for most of you, GMC3 doesn't require much
consideration because it looks similar to GMC. Here is the only
changes:

- haveged

-- Add patch f2193587.patch from github pull request (bsc#1134351)
-- Fix segfault on arm machines which do not eport the cache size or say
it is -1 in sysfs
