An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for openCryptoki fixes the following issues:

  * Amended the .spec file for the configuration file (bsc#1236387).
  * Improved handling of user/group. use existing user/group if they exist.
    create user/group if not (bsc#1225876).
