An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for s390-tools fixes the following issues:

  * dasdfmt: Change mode default (bsc#1252090).
  * Fix gen of cert or CSR to use RSA not RSA-PSS (bsc#1250642).
  * Fix CCA host version detection for newer CCA versions (bsc#1248878).
  * Adapting vendor.tar.zst to SUSE.
