An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for resource-agents fixes the following issues:

  * aws-vpc-move-ip: add awscli_timeout option (bsc#1260984)
  * fix: ec2 and awsvip resource agent's retry mechanism for AWS monitoring
    (bsc#1251836)
  * add auth_type parameter and AWS Policy based authentication type
