An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for suse-migration-services fixes the following issues:

Changes in suse-migration-services:

  * Update to version 2.1.38:
    * Read the product to migrate to from the migration image
    * Replace f-strings, the SLE 12 build runs on Python 3.4
  * Update to version 2.1.37:
    * Fixed release package for SLES15-SAP_Migration:
      * The product specific build installed sles-release instead of SLES_SAP-release
    * Make sure primary_python is defined
    * Install python3-base in bootstrap for SLE15 greater than SP5
    * Add base python requires to spec
    * base python must be installed early in bootstrap
    * Make sure to request python3-base explicitly
  * Update to version 2.1.36:
    * Fix spec file for SLE15 target:
    * Add use_cd_repos to let CD/DVD repositories join the migration
    * Collect the shared zypper options in Zypper.global_args
    * Add zypper section to schema, human review:
      * Apply black coding standard, fix unit tests and add documentation
      * Fix: Azure - Dependency issue for package "python3-vsts-cd-manager" after starting the upgrade from "SLES4SAP 12 SP5" to SLES4SAP 15 SP4 (bsc#1261038)
    * Add zypper section to schema, migration config, and all Zypper callers
    * Add precheck for POWER architecture version on SLES16 migration
