Hi Frederic,

thanks for the quick answer.

I did the settings in the GCC (added Japanese in addition to English)
and got a en/ja entry in the system tray. Unfortunately the settings do
not work, as I can change settings to ja but the keyboard remains fully
English - also the "show keyboard" shows a US Intl. layout. Did I miss
something to configure?

The automatic configuration for any Asian/Cyrillic/??? install to
include the keyboard layout automatically is definitely gone?
