Notables changes

- Mitigations for Microarchitectural Data Sampling cpu
vulnerabilities[2] have been integrated, as well as configuration
UI in YasT/Installer,
- Resync with latest maintenance updates,
- Move haveged from pattern enhanced_base to pattern minimal_base
(bsc#1131369).
